When a user tries to approve a document, where the Publish for Veeva CRM (Portals) is selected as Yes, the following error occurs.

Root Cause:

The special characters <>? are used in the name of the distribution package zip file.

Solution:

Remove the special characters <>? from the name of the distribution package zip file.
