Question:
Why do users get the Error Invalid JobInput: Job Input cannot be null when archiving a Study in Vault?
Answer:
When users try to archive a study that contains no documents, the job completes with the following error: Completion Status: Errors Encountered (COMPLETED_WITH_ERROR)
But the study does not appear in the Archive tab as there are no documents in it. The Error contains the line JobInput: Job Input cannot be null.
The status of the study appears as Archived in the Study info tab, but it is not visible under the Archive tab.
