What is the meaning of the statuses in the Email Notification Status section in Vault PromoMats?
Answer:
The below statuses may display in the Email Notification Status page:

Sent: The email was successfully sent, but not yet received.

Delivered: The email was delivered successfully. Delivered emails usually take about a day to update from Sent to Delivered.

Failed: The email could not be delivered. In most cases, this is due to an invalid email recipient or domain. More details are available in the Error Message column.

Skipped: The email was not sent because the recipient's email preferences don't allow this type of email notification.

Pending: An upcoming summary email includes the notification. The summary email will be sent according to the settings in the Email Settings page.

Summary: An email summary sent by Vault includes the notification. There is a delivery status indication in the summary email that includes the notification.

Sent - Unknown: The email has been sent, but the delivery status is unknown due to a system issue. The notification enters this state after ten days if Vault is unable to obtain the delivery status. Emails may still be delivered.
