The Average Login Time is tracked as follows:

• For users who log in using a Security Policy that does not utilize Single Sign-On, it is tracked from the moment that the user clicks on the Login button until the time that the page is rendered can be used
• For users who log in using a security policy that utilizes Single Sign-On, it is tracked from the moment that the Vault server receives the SAML request until the page is rendered and can be used
