How to restrict email fragments using templates?
Answer:
By default, users can add Email Fragments from any product to a Template. AE Admins can restrict certain Fragments from being added to Templates.

Approved Email Administration Tab
- Select the Approved Email Administration Tab.
- Click on the View Map Link in the Vault Login Credential Management Section.
- Run the Compare CRM to Vault option.
- Ensure the three fields are mapped to Vault now.
- Run a full refresh after configurations are completed in Vault.
Restricting Fragments By Templates - Vault Setup
- Navigate to: Email Template for restricting fragments
- If Restrict Fragments by Product is set to True, only fragments of the same product of the Template are available for selection.
Relationships are created in the Related Email Fragment Section of the Approved Email Template. For the Related to display, be sure to have the Restrict Fragments by Product set to True and the fragments are of the same product.
