How to Identify old values for a list of Documents that were changed in Vault?
If ten Documents have the title modified on 4/21/2017, how can an admin determine what the old values were?
- Navigate to: Admin --> Logs --> Document Audit History.
- Set the date to 4/21/2017.
- Export these results into text or csv.
- Open the file in Excel.
- Using Excel, filter the Field Name to title which targets results that have the desired change being searched for.
- Filter further as applicable.
