A user who is not a Vault admin is able to navigate to Business Admin tab through the Admin tab to edit objects. The user has permission to Create, Update or Delete objects even if there are no Admin permissions granted. Is there a way to hide the Admin tab even if the user has Edit permission for any objects?
Open a ticket with Veeva Support to enable the Hide Admin from Object Record Editors feature.
- When the flag is OFF (default), Vault keeps the same functionality. The Admin tab appears for the users that have Edit permission for any object.
- When the flag is ON, the Admin tab only appears for users that have at least one Admin permission.
This feature is disabled by default.
