Call creation in the Online My Schedule page with drag and drop is not possible. An error appears: This Account could not be scheduled due to configured restrictions by the account types. However, in iRep on My Schedule, the Call is planned in the view without any problem. After a sync, the Call is added to the Online My Schedule.
According to the Custom Setting configuration, it should be an error message too in offline.
This is a configuration issue. The proper value for the Custom Setting is: ALLOWED_CALL_RECORD_TYPES;;Common instead of: ALLOWED_CALL_RECORD_TYPES;;Common;;
- Navigate to: Setup --> Build --> Develop --> Custom Settings --> Veeva Settings.
- Correct the Custom Setting to: Allowed Call RecordTypes=ALLOWED_CALL_RECORD_TYPES;;Common.
- Clear Veeva cache.
- Sync iRep again.
