On a Business Account call, the Call Attendee search does not show all available Accounts for the user. The Call Attendee search is only displaying members where the Business Account is the Primary Parent of the Child Account records.
If the Enable Child Accounts Veeva Setting is enabled and Person Accounts do not have a Primary Parent or a Child Account record between a Business Account, the Person Accounts will not show as attendees on group calls.
If Enable Child Account functionality is not required,
- Disable the Enable Child Account Veeva Setting.
- Clear the Veeva Cache.
If the Enable Child Account functionality is required, the affected Person Accounts must be populated with a valid Primary_Parent_vod__c field.
