On a business account call, the Call Attendee search does not show all Accounts even though the Accounts are available to the user. The default attendees on the page layout only showing Members which the business account is the Primary from the Child Account records.
The issue is caused by the Veeva Setting Enable Child Account that is enabled (checked). This functionality is primarily used alongside the Business_Professional_vod Account Record Type which is designed for use in Japan.
Disable the Enable Child Account Veeva Setting and clear the Veeva Cache.
If the Enable Child Account functionality is required, the affected Person Accounts must be populated with a valid Primary_Parent_vod__c field.
