Question:
The + button disappears in CRM iRep. How can the New Button be enabled in the Account Plan in CRM iRep?
Answer:
Add Field Level Security (FLS) on the Mobile_Id field in Account Plan Object.
- Navigate to: Setup --> Objects --> Account Plan --> Custom Fields & Relationships.
- Add FLS on the Mobile_Id_vod__c field.
- Clear Veeva Cache.
- Sync iRep again.
