How to check the reason of the delivery failure of a Bounced or Dropped Approved Email?
The Sent Email record in Bounced or Dropped status has a related Email Activity record. The system message of the delivery, which includes the reason for the failure, is written into the Activity Details (Event_Msg_vod__c) field.
