Question:
When trying to start an Opendata Subscription job, an Admin receives an error message: Data Loading Configuration Error. Why is this error returned?
The FTP path is set correctly and the subscription is enabled in the instance.
Answer:
This error appears when the customer instance cannot find a Full Export. This is because the Opendata team did not run the initial cs_export_full subscription in the Master Instance.
Open a ticket with Veeva Support in order to contact the Opendata team to run this initial data export. This allows the customer Instance to load the Opendata records.
