How to enable Enhanced Account Creation in CRM with a DCR Enabled Org? Setting the Account Preview During Creation Veeva Setting to 1 does not enable this feature.
A Data Change Request (DCR) enabled org with Network in Decoupled Mode requires an additional step to enable Enhanced Account Creation in CRM. To enable Enhanced Account Creation, the Account Preview During Creation setting under Network Settings needs to be set to 1. To do this, follow these steps:
- Log in to the org as an administrator.
- Navigate to: Setup --> App Setup --> Develop --> Custom Settings --> Manage Network Settings.
- Click Edit.
- Change Account Preview During Creation Veeva Setting to 1.
- Clear Veeva Cache.
