After the Control file (CTL) is processed on the Veeva FTP server, Content Admin receives an email notification:
Subject: Failed to create keyMessage: KeymessageName.zip
Message: Failed to create keyMessage: KeymessageName.zip for: connection error null
This problem may occur in Orgs where the Unique attribute is removed from the Media_File_Name_vod field on the Key Message object. This is a usual setup in Orgs where Vault Integration is also used.
There are two solutions for the problem:
- Reinstate the Unique attribute on the Media_File_Name_vod field if Vault Integration is not used.
- Grant View All Data Administration permission for the profile of the Content Admin user for the Key Message object.
