Overview:
When Viewing and Creating Model Territories and Model Field Forces in Align, an Internal Error occurs.
A user can create and import Model Territories and Model Field Forces successfully but receives an Internal Server Error when accessing the records:
Root Cause:
Align modeling projects make use of Vault lifecycle states and workflows. The user is missing Read access to Object Lifecycles and Object Workflows.
Solution:
Add Read Access to the Object Lifecycles and Object Workflows:
- Navigate to: Admin --> Users & Groups--> Permission Sets.
- Select the Permission Set the user is assigned to the Profile Group.
- Go to the Admin tab.
- Add Read Access to Object Lifecycles and Object Workflows.
