Question:
When Calls are scheduled in WinModern, what controls if the Default View is Accounts or Call Cycle Entries in the Search box?
Answer:
The Default View depends on how the Calls are scheduled:
- If a time slot is selected for Calls, the Search defaults to Accounts.
- If a day (no time slot) is selected after clicking on the New Call, the Search defaults to Call Cycle Entries list filtered for the selected day.
Regardless of the Default View, the order of Accounts and Call Cycle Entries views can be changed in the drop-down list.
