How is the Duration Field on the Call record populated?
When a Call is scheduled in the user's My Schedule, the Duration field displays for the user's input. If the Call is not scheduled and is created elsewhere, the Duration field does not display leaving the Duration blank. If a Call is created by selecting Record Call, the Duration field is blank. If the Call is set in My Schedule first then, the Duration defaults to 30 (Unless the user changes it otherwise).
