How is the Duration Field on the Call record populated?
When a Call is scheduled in the user's My Schedule, the Duration field displays for the user's input.
- If the Call is set in My Schedule first then, the Duration defaults to 30 (Unless the user changes it otherwise).
- If a Call is created by selecting Record Call, the Duration field is blank.
- If the Call is not scheduled and is created elsewhere, the Duration field does not display leaving the Duration blank.
