How to identify which record was processed in a Data Maintenance job?
The user can view the Inactivation logs which are always exported to an outbound folder as a Zipping file in FTP. Inactivation logs highlight all of the inactivation changes that occurred during the job.
The user can download the log files to a local PC using FTP tools and check the log details. The user viewing the job logs must have FTP access.
To check the User Detail page, use the following steps:
- Log into Veeva Network as an Admin user.
- Navigate to Admin --> Users.
- Click the target Name link to open the User Detail page.
