1. To disable Translation Workbench for all installed languages in a CRM org, use the following steps:

• Click on Setup --> Administration Setup --> Translation Workbench --> Translation Settings.
• Click on Disable: 

     2. To disable Translation Workbench for specific languages, use the following steps:

• Click on Setup --> Administration Setup --> Translation Workbench --> Translation Settings.
• Click on Edit next to the required language  --> deactivate the Active checkbox:

Please note that inactive languages are available in Translation Workbench and their values can be modified. However, translated values are available to users only if the language is activated.
