When a user attempts to synchronize iRep or Windows, an error occurs in the Activity Log and stops the synchronizing process: You are attempting to synchronize greater than xxxxx accounts.
The number of Accounts being downloaded to iRep or Windows is more than the defined number of Max Accounts iPad or MAX_ACCOUNTS in Veeva Settings.
Or, to adjust the max number of Accounts which can be synced down to the iPad, use the Max Accounts iPad Veeva Setting. If no value is set, the default number of 15,000 Accounts is synced.
To adjust the max number of Accounts which can be synced to the Windows 8 and 10 devices, users can set the MAX_ACCOUNTS Veeva Setting to the maximum number of Accounts to be synced to the device. If no value is set, the default number of 50,000 accounts is synced.
- Navigate to: Setup --> Develop --> Custom Settings --> Veeva Settings --> Max Accounts iPad or MAX_ACCOUNTS.
- Increase the defined number of Max Accounts iPad or MAX_ACCOUNTS in Veeva Settings.
