How does the Call Visualforce page generate the Account Name displayed?
If a user has access to an Account specified on a Call record, the Account Name is displayed on the Call Visualforce Page.
If a user does not have access to the Account specified on the Call record, the Entity_Display_Name_vod__c Formula field value pulls the Account Name from the appropriate Account to display on the Call Page.
