What permissions are needed to allow an admin to add users to the notification list for Salesforce.com service issues?
Salesforce.com sends out product and service notifications only to admins of an organization. Admins are defined as any users with a Profile that has the following permissions enabled:
- Manage Users
- Modify All Data
