How can an Administrator download the user's Activity Sync Logs?
An Administrator can download user Activity Sync Logs to determine failure of syncs by utilizing the Custom Links Section on the User Page. This section allows the Administrator to view One Day of Activities, the last Seven Days of Activities, or the last Thirty Days of Activities. To access these Activities, follow these steps:
- Navigate to: Setup--> Administer--> Manage Users --> User.
- Select the User in question.
- Go to the Section on the Page Layout title Custom Links.
- Activity logs can be downloaded for the Last Day, Last 7 Days or Last 30 Days
