Documents or Video files are not rendered by Vault successfully after being uploaded. Vault continues to wait or fails.
This issue can be caused by having Migration Mode enabled.
Open a ticket with Veeva Support to check if Migration mode is enabled for Vault. If enabled, this feature needs to be disabled in order to make the rendition function working correctly.
