Answer:

Vault cannot retroactively correct Audited events on an eSignature Page.  The reason for this is because this involves editing the Data and Event Audit trail, which is against Vault Policy.  

The solution is to document the exception internally and cite a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) from Veeva, if necessary.
