After syncing in CRM Offline, an error occurs:
Insufficient access rights on cross-reference id:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Normally, the error is caused when updating a Call. The cross-reference id refers to the associated object (Example: Key Message, Call_ClickStream). This associated object has either been deleted or access removed from the user.
If the user lost access to the related object, provide temporary access and have the user sync the call.
