After syncing in CRM Offline, an error occurs:
Insufficient access rights on cross-reference id:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx –
Normally, the error is caused when updating a Call. The cross-reference id refers to the associated object (Example: Key Message, Call_ClickStream). This associated object has either been deleted or access removed from the user.
If the user lost access to the related object, provide temporary access and have the user sync the call.If the related object was deleted, undelete the object, have the user sync and delete the object once the user confirms the error resolved. If the object is hard deleted (not in the recycle bin), the call may not be able to recovered fully. Retrieve the Vtrans folder from the user. Open a ticket with Veeva Support, providing the user, activity logs and Support will investigate the error further to see if we can recover the call.
