Error: Insufficient access rights on cross-reference id:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx – when syncing in CRM Offline.
Normally, the error is caused when updating a Call. The call refers to the associated object (Example: Key Message, Call_ClickStream), but the associated object is deleted in CRM Online.
- Find the object name (using the backend log/xml file). Resume this object if it is not deleted.
- If the object is deleted, modify the call records not referring to the related object.
- Reinstall CRM to remove the error from the device.
Note: Retrieve the Vtrans folder before doing so. Open a ticket with Veeva Support if the user is missing any data. This way Veeva Support can load the data.
