After syncing in CRM Offline, an error occurs: Insufficient access rights on cross-reference id:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx –
Normally, the error is caused when updating a Call. The Call refers to the associated object (Example: Key Message, Call_ClickStream), but the associated object is deleted in CRM Online.
- Find the object name using the backend log/xml file. Resume this object if it is not deleted.
- If the object is deleted, modify the Call records not referring to the related object.
- Reinstall CRM to remove the error from the device.
