Question:
Why is the Medical App installation not prompted in the iRep application after completing the configuration?
Answer:
The Medical app Custom_Application_vod picklist value is not correct for the user. It uses the label instead of the API name.
If the Custom_Application_vod picklist values are upserted to the User records with a Data Loader, the Medical_vod value needs to be used instead of the Medical value. Medical is only the label of the picklist value and it does not trigger the installation of the Medical App.
