Question:
Why are Health Care Organization (HCO) names different between Network and US Compliance Target Subscription reports?
Answer:
The HCO name displayed in the US Compliance Target Subscription reports is the corporate name the HCO reported to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Veeva Network reflects the proper name for the HCO in the report extracts as maintained by OpenData. A Data Change Request (DCR) may be submitted to request the corporate name be changed in Network.
