How does the Attendee Name display in a Call page in CRM for iPad and Online?
Answer:
- When the Enable Child Account Veeva Setting is disabled (not checked): Formatted_Name_vod__c field on the Account object appears in the Attendee section of the Call page.
- When the Enable Child Account Veeva Setting is enabled (checked): Parent_Child_Name_vod__c field on the Child_Account_vod__c object appears in the Attendee section of the Call page.
