From within the iRep Documents tab, the user is able to view relevant Vault content linked in the Approved Document (email template or email fragment) for preview purposes. Why is the expected email template, which is linked to Vault content, not shown in the Documents Tab?
Only Approved Documents meet the following criteria and are downloaded to the Documents tab.
- The Approved Document is associated with a product aligned to the end-user using My Setup
- The Status_vod of the Approved Document is Approved_vod
- The Piece_Document_Id_vod reference is Not NULL
This particular issue occurs because the status of the email template is set to Staged.
