How can the CLM Media Navigation buttons be activated in Veeva CRM for Windows?
In Veeva CRM for Windows, the Media Navigation button is disabled by default. To activate the media button, the following steps can be used:
- Enable the Reaction buttons (three colored vertical dots).
- Grant the user access to the Call2_Key_Message_vod object and its Reaction_vod__c field.
- Enable the Highlighter Pen with the CLM Highlighter Pen Veeva Setting.
If the user has access to either of these, the Media Navigation button is visible.
