Why Individual Activity Values Are Not Incremented on the CRM Multichannel Cycle Plan (MCCP) When Using CRM Event Attendee or EM Attendee as the Channel Object?

Question:

Why are individual activity values not incremented on the MC Cycle Plan Channel when their MC Cycle Channel has the following settings on MCCP (Multichannel Cycle Plan)?

  • MC_Cycle_Channel_vod.Channel_Object_vod = "Event_Attendee_vod__c" or
  • MC_Cycle_Channel_vod.Channel_Object_vod = "EM_Attendee_vod__c".

Answer:

Currently, the individual calculation of the Multichannel Cycle Plan is not supported when using Event_Attendee_vod__c or EM_Attendee_vod__c as the Channel_Object_vod.

Event_Attendee_vod__c

  • Medical Events - Actual Team activity is incremented at the channel level. It does not support the individual level.

EM_Attendee_vod__c

  • Events Management - Actual Team activity is incremented at the channel level. It does not support the individual level.
