Why Does Consent Capture not Validate Phone Field Formats CRM iRep? Is there Phone field validation in the consent screen?
In the left page: the inputted validates the format of Email addresses.
In the right page: the inputted Phone field is not validated.
Answer:
No validation is available for phone numbers because there is no standard set for phone numbers. In contrast, Email addresses have a standard format that can be validated.
