Question:
How can a user cancel a Submitted Sample Send Business Reply Card (BRC) Request in CRM?
Answer:
Click the Cancel Send button on the Call Sample related list, located on the Account Page, to request a cancellation of the shipment.
To enable this feature:
- Provide the user’s profile with Read and Create Field Level Security (FLS) on the Call2_Sample_Cancel_vod object
- Add the Cancel Send button to the Call Sample related list on the Account Page Layout.
Note: This functionality is only available Online. It is not currently available on Veeva CRM for iPad.
