An approved email template cannot be synced from Vault to CRM without an error.
The Vault integration user does not have Read permission to the approved email template in Vault.
- Provide the Vault integration user Read permission to the approved email template in Vault in the Security Settings of the Approved Email document lifecycle Approved state.
- Click the Incremental Refresh button in the Approved Email Administration Tab in CRM to sync the email template again.
