Answer:
Using Restricted Products by Account for Call Reporting works in the following ways.
Example 1:
- Create a Call to a person account. (Restricted products enforced).
- Add an Attendee. (No restricted products enforced).
- The restricted product cannot be detailed.
Example 2:
- Create a Call to a person account. (No restricted products enforced)
- Detail the product.
- Add the restricted Attendee. The Product remains.
- When trying to submit the Call an error appears. It shows that the Account restricted cannot be detailed on the restricted product.
Example 3:
- Create a Call to a Business account. (Restricted products enforced)
- Add an Attendee. (No restricted products enforced)
- The restricted product cannot be detailed.
