Is it possible to send one Approved Email template to multiple Accounts at once?
Yes, bulk emails or mass email is available from My Accounts or from the Send Email screen.
To send an email with multiple Accounts through My Accounts:
- Select the checkbox for one or more Accounts from the list.
- Select Send Email from the More Actions menu.
- Choose the Classic or Table button.
- Click on Select and choose the Accounts.
- Tap the Send Email button.
Note: There is a maximum limit of 50 Accounts that are selectable.
