Question:
How to enable the My Sample Tab for end-users in CRM iRep?
Answer:
There are two ways to achieve this:
- Navigate to: Setup --> Develop--> Custom Settings --> Manage Veeva Settings. Enable the Setting:
- Click Edit.
- Set the ENABLE_IPAD_MYSAMPLES Veeva Setting to True.
- Save the Veeva Settings record.
- Clear the Veeva Cache using the Clear Veeva Cache tab.
- Enable Sample Inventory and Sample Inventory Line VMobile Object Configuration (VMOC) Records.
