Question:
How to enable the My Samples Tab for end-users in CRM for iPad?
Answer:
There are two ways to achieve this:
- Navigate to: Setup --> Develop--> Custom Settings --> Manage Veeva Settings. Enable the Setting:
- Click Edit.
- Set the ENABLE_IPAD_MYSAMPLES Veeva Setting to True.
- Save the Veeva Settings record.
- Clear the Veeva Cache.
- Perform a Database Refresh.
- Enable Sample Inventory and Sample Inventory Item VMobile Object Configuration (VMOC) Records.
