An email cannot be sent since an error occurs: Invalid consent.
The status of the Sent Email record is Failed_vod with a Failure Msg = Invalid Consent.
The opt out record which is created in the last bounced email is not downloaded to the iRep.
If the email address is incorrectly entered:
- Correct the Account email address on the Account.
- Resend the email to the new Account email address.
If the email address is bouncing for another reason and is correct, do the following:
- The user needs to Opt In the Account.
- Open a Support ticket to remove the email from the suppression list from the Veeva Mailgun.
