The email cannot be sent since an error occurs in CRM iRep: Invalid consent.
The opt out record which is created in the last bounced email is not downloaded to the iRep.
Please refer to below steps to sent email again.
- Sync the iRep and download the opt out record.
- Correct the account email address.
- Set Opt in on the account.
- Send an email to the new account email address.
