Overview:
Last Call Note is not populated when recording a new Call.
Root Cause:
The user has a Call in which Call_Datetime_vod__c is a future time and the Call does not have any value in the Next_Call_Notes_vod__c field.
Solution:
Delete Call records which have a future date in Call_Datetime_vod__c.
