We are currently experiencing an issue with creating new support tickets from the Help Center portal. Some users are unable to select the appropriate form when submitting their tickets. We are working to resolve the issue.

Why the User Can See All of the Public Views in the CRM My Accounts Tab in Online?

Question:

The users in a profile can see too many views even if the views are not created by or shared with them.

Answer:

If Admin Users click the View Setup and Configuration setting in the user profile, the user is able to see all of the public views.
