When processing analytics files, one file remains in processing and prevents the loading process from completing. The files are stuck in the File in Progress section on the Analytics Admin page.
Server-side errors can cause the file to remain in processing.
- First, query the Analytics_Files_vod__c object to view the files that are in the org. If desired, the query can be filtered by the Status_vod__c field where it is equal to In_Progress_vod.
- Delete the record or records that are associated with files that remain in progress.
- Reprocess the files again.
- If the file remains in processing a second time, open a ticket with Veeva Support to resolve the issue.
