How to visualize the Scheduler tab in My Schedule in CRM for iPad?
Answer:
Visibility of the Scheduler is controlled through an individual custom Veeva Setting.
Follow the steps below to enable it:
- Log on as Administrator and click Setup.
- Navigate to: App Setup --> Develop --> Custom Settings.
- Click Manage next to Veeva Settings.
- Click Edit and set the ENABLE_LIST_SCHEDULER Veeva Setting to TRUE.
- Save the changes.
- Clear the Veeva Cache.
