Question:
After deleting documents in My Cart, why does the number of documents in the Cart icon not reflect the change?
Answer:
This is expected behavior in Vault for two reasons:
- It increases performance in Vault, so it does not have to update records as often.
- It also informs the user that there were documents removed from Vault that were in the Cart if that user is not the one to delete the documents.
