When syncing content from Vault, the following error occurs: Error while upserting record [Mobile ID Of Record] Cause: Foreign Key external ID: [Value] not found for field VExternal_Id_vod__c in entity Product_vod__c
The VExternal_Id_vod__c on the Product_vod__c record is not populated. The value from the error needs to be added to that field before attempting to sync.
- Populate the field for the Product Record that corresponds to the Product associated with the Vault document that is being synced.
- Run the sync again.
