How to submit an Enhancement or Feature request for CRM?
To submit a CRM product enhancement, add a post to the Community section of the Support Portal.
Note: All posts are viewed by other CRM users from other organizations. Comments can be added to any suggestions. The CRM product team visits this board to review suggestions and may ask questions or offer suggestions about a request.
- From the main Support Portal page, click on Community --> CRM --> Product Suggestions.
- To add a request, click + New Post.
