A customer has a Sandbox using an older Veeva Version. It needs to be upgraded to the latest version. How can this be done?
The Veeva Release Team can upgrade the Sandbox to the latest version if it is not older than two Major releases.
- If the current live version is V172.10 and Sandbox is on V171.8, then the Release team upgrades the Sandbox
- If the current live version is V172.10 and Sandbox is on V28.0.7, then Release team does not upgrade the Sandbox
Please open a ticket with Veeva Support using System Administrator credentials and the upgrade will be addressed.
Note: If the Sandbox version is older than two Major releases, an SFDC Sandbox refresh is needed.
